If you’re looking for an intimate position with lots of face time, the “Bended Knee” is definitely for you. A slight variation on the “Dancer” pose, this position is fairly easy to get in to and incredibly fulfilling as the partners have to move in sync to make it work.

Each partner should get on the bed at the same time with opposite knees resting on the bed. Pulling their bodies together, the man should plant his other leg in a squat position (foot firmly on the bed) for more stability. The woman should then hike her leg up over the man’s squatted leg and pull herself close to him to engage in activity. This position gives the man easier access to pleasuring the woman while still maintaining a level of intimacy. While it may take a little bit of time to get down the rhythm pattern for this position, it is well-worth the effort.
