Masturbation, just like sex, is highly beneficial to the human body for it presents one with a couple of benefits that are geared towards giving them a better health. Whether you prefer masturbating using your hands or through the use of some sex toys, these benefits are evident in all.

Masturbation plays a major role towards strengthening the muscles within the anal and pelvic regions. When the pelvic muscles are strengthened, the possibility of having better sex is increased. Moreover, strong pelvic muscles prevent the possibility of the woman experiencing unexpected leakage of the urine which in this case may be quite embarrassing.

Masturbation also acts as a sleep sedative for it improves the quality of one’s sleep. This is because whenever someone gives pleasure to themselves, essential chemicals (endorphins) are released. Release of endorphins helps in reducing stress and eases any type of pain one may be experiencing thereby leading to a completely enjoyable sleep. Moreover, it also reduces other pains like headaches thereby acting as a natural painkiller.

Through masturbation, the likelihood of one getting infections in the urinary tract are reduced. This is made possible since by masturbating, any bacteria in the cervix area are flushed out hence by reducing the chances of one getting infected. A cervix that is not infected further calls for more enjoyable and pleasurable sex to the woman as well as to the man. The key is to therefore masturbate as frequently as possible.

When one masturbates especially during their period, they are bound to experience less pain. All types of pains including backaches, cramps and irritability are highly reduced mainly because when one gives pleasure to themselves especially shortly before or during their period, there tends to be an increase in blood flowing to the pelvic region. This automatically reduces the pain experienced during the period and furthermore, enables one to go about their day to day business as usual without having to take any medication or injections meant to reduce the menstrual period pains. Finally, it has been witnessed that women tend to achieve the big O more frequently while masturbating than when having sex with their partners. Scientifically, it has been proved that women who tend to climax more frequently are highly resistant to type 2 Diabetes. This makes a perfect preventive measure of beating this disease more especially among women who are aged 40 years and above.

With all these benefits, it’s evident that if you want to lead a healthy life, masturbation is the way of life to embrace.
